Mitropoulos Ministries was founded in 1984 by Angelo & Christy Mitropoulos. Angelo, a 1979 graduate of New Life Bible College in Cleveland, Tennessee, founded by Dr. Norvel Hayes, began training believers in personal evangelism while attending Bible School. After graduation, Angelo traveled with Dr. Hayes to cities all over America, assisting him in his conventions, and taking believers to the streets to witness to the lost.
 

 
Rev. Angelo Mitropoulos
Angelo Mitropoulos is an evangelist who believes that the local church is the key to seeing cities changed by the power of God.  He believes that the next move of God will be in and through the local church and that what God has done FOR THE BELIEVER - He will now do THROUGH the believer. For over 25 years, Angelo has been training and equipping believers in all types of evangelism with signs following.
 
Implementing these God-given strategies in local churches all over the United States, including Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, pastored by Billy Joe and Sharon Daugherty, Angelo has helped to bring tremendous church growth to many congregations.  He also served as Evangelism Coordinator for dozens of tent revivals for about 15 years for Rev. R.W. Schambach, and ministered in various Bible Schools around the nation including Jerry Savelle Ministries International Bible School which was based in Crowley, Texas.

Rev. Christy Mitropoulos
 
Christy Mitropoulos is a teacher of the Word and ministers with her husband in the School of Signs, Wonders and Miracles Through the Believer.  She places a strong emphasis on the believer's relationship with God and how a strong communion with Him is the key to walking in the miraculous.  Her teaching on prayer has helped believers develop a closer walk with God and taught them how to bring forth miracles through intercession.
 
When she is not on the road with her husband, Christy is at home with their three youngest daughters, Stephanie, Katherine and Christina.  Angelo and Christy have two other children: Alisha, a worship leader/youth pastor who lives in Arkansas with her husband, Bryan See, and Dr. Isaac Mitropoulos who resides in North Carolina.
